*|FNAME|*,
Isn’t it crazy how things can change so much so quickly? We were all shut in and unable to get together this time last year. I’m glad to say that we will be getting together with our near and dear for some good ole American Independence day events. The Marietta Parade and Fireworks are a true favorite for our family. It is always such a great day!

FEATURED Business – Cakes For A Cause
I was looking on the internet and discovered Cakes for a Cause. The Baker – Lindsey Maiocco says ” I love baking cakes and giving a portion of the proceeds to friends’ adoption funds and other global missions”. Because of her connection to family members who are missionaries in North Africa and the Middle East, she has turned her hobby into a way to help support them and others.

WEST COBB Real Estate Snapshot
The Metro Atlanta Market and specifically the West Cobb Market have been so busy over the last 30 days! We have so many Buyers looking at only 265 Active listings (as of the day this was pulled). Buyers are having to be very creative and make some unusual offers to compete and win in this market.
On the other side Sellers are also having to make some very difficult decisions with regard to the timing of their listing and where they may go when their home sells, some times withing 2 weeks.
If you have considered making a move, or want to know the value of your home give me a call, or drop me a text or email. I’m happy to send a quick value or do a deep dive on the potential market value of your home.
