What can I say about these folks?
As a Real Estate professional, there are times when time is of the essence and you have to be able to get a quick opinion or estimate. This was the situation for me a few weeks ago. I was working with a buyer who was in a tight due diligence period with no time to waste to determine if something that came up during the general home inspection was a deal breaker or not.
Thanks to a wonderful cooperating agent, I got the contact information for S&S Electrical services. They were able to come out and give us an honest assessment of the electrical issue, and estimates that were reasonable and thorough. The technicians were at the house within a couple of hours and had the estimates to me within another couple of hours. I was amazed at the difference in the estimates I received from the 2 companies I called.
