Calling all cheeseburger lovers! This is not a drill. Saturday September 18, is National Cheeseburger Day. To celebrate, I’m giving you a list of the most unique places to grab a cheeseburger in this weekend:
Located at the intersection of Due West and Kennesaw Due West in Marietta, this little eatery has brought the simple concept of a great burger and fries to West Cobb. The menu isn’t complicated. They offer Beef Burgers, or a couple of alternate proteins if you aren’t into beef. They also do wings, tenders and tacos.
On our most recent visit I had the Moohshroom, Mushrooms, swiss cheese and truffle mayo. Others in my party had a Build Your Own Burger and a Cobb Salad.
The Service was great and the food was so good. This visit I got the Sweet Potato fries to go with my burger. They were perfect!
You must plan a trip!
If you are headed to Downtown Kennesaw and need a Burger, this is your spot! Located at the intersection South Main and Cherokee Street Burgerfi has you covered with a wide selection of Burger offerings, along with Hot Dogs and Chicken. They have multiple Meatless and Vegan options, so everybody can find an appealing choice.
It’s been a while since my last visit, but I always get the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger when I head up there. Get your order and head up to the rooftop seating to enjoy a crisp fall day!
Stockyard Burgers and Bones
The final selection on our Burger tour is a Marietta Square favorite. Stockyard Burgers and Bones is located on Mill Street just west of the Square.
While the other two on this list are strictly burger joints, this one kicks it up a notch and has a full menu with Appetizers (Table Feeds) all the way to Steak and Seafood options.
Their Jane’s Not So Plain Cheeseburger is a favorite, but If you are looking for a change from the regular cheese choices, there are also Pimento, Smoked Gouda or Maytag Blue Cheese specialty burgers as well.
I’m sure there are other great burgers around, but these are a few of my favorites! I hope you will enjoy them too!
