As we think about Christmas, and review our lists of gifts I hope you will remember that shopping local is great for our community! The small gift and specialty shops are run by our friends and neighbors and stocked with many locally or regionally produced items.
Today I wanted to bring three of these shops to your attention.
White Rabbit Cottage

This little shop is a wonderful place to find those special items for family, friends or that guilty pleasure present for yourself!
Mud Creek Market
3451 Earnest Barrett Parkway, Suite 150
Just down from the West Cobb Diner this lovely shop has a wonderful selection of home goods and gift items. There are many pieces that I’ve given as house warming gifts, baby gifts and I have my eye on a couple of things I’d love for myself. The staff is always so helpful!
The Local Exchange
130 South Park Square
If you haven’t ventured into the Local Exchange on the Marietta Square you are missing a special treat. Visiting the shops on the square is always a fun way to spend a morning and this shop is always a favorite. They have grocery items, grab and go foods, Beers & Wines, and gift items. Lots of variety in this General Store.
