One of my favorite days for a client! Last week the culmination of 6 months of searching offers and bidding wars came to a conclusion with a successful closing and the obligatory photo op with a Giant Key!
What a great time to do the work I do! It is always such a joy to watch a client sign that last document and receive the Keys to their new home. It is hard to say which is better, watching a buyer or a seller, but today it was a First Time Buyer, which made it extra special.
There is something magical to me about watching someone become a homeowner for the first time. They have been through this months long roller coaster ride of searching, bidding, and disappointment, but now all that is in the rearview mirror. No more Landlord or noisy upstairs neighbors. Now it’s just the client making a new home!
